By accessing the Alexein AI website (“Site”) or joining our waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. The Service
Alexein AI is an enterprise intelligence layer: persistent AI twins for every employee, grounded in a living knowledge graph, deployed single-tenant in your own cloud. The Site describes the product and lets you request early access. Product availability, features, and pricing shown on the Site are subject to change before general availability.
3. Waitlist & Early Access
Joining the waitlist does not create a contract for the product or guarantee access. Early access, when offered, will be governed by a separate agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, the Alexein wordmark, and the raven mascot imagery — is owned by Alexein AI and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce it without our written permission.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site.
- Do not use the Site to send spam or misrepresent your affiliation.
6. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Forward-looking statements about product capabilities describe our development goals, not commitments.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alexein AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
